The Pentacle was known as the Seal of Solomon. It is a symbol of Earth
and Prosperity as seen in the tarot. The pentacle in its upright
position represents the Spirit in balance and harmony with the four
elements. The tree represents the cosmic world tree known throughout
many cultures & spiritual paths. Around the edge it reads, "Seed,
root, stem, bud, flower, leaf, fruit," representing the endless cycle
of rebirth.
