Or use this print-friendly form (.pdf file), fill it out completely and then fax or snail mail it to us using one of the fax numbers or the address listed at the bottom of the page. Once your request is received please allow 4-6 weeks for our web mistress to post it. If that time elapses please let us know, just in case it somehow slipped through the cracks!

1. The Basic listing for web site or brick and mortar store is FREE.
2. Add a picture or logo with your listing for $25 per year.
3. Banner ads 6.5” wide x 4/5” high (468x60 pixels) will link to your web site for $100 per year.

1. Your company has an established account with Dryad Design, Ltd. = your company has placed an opening order and has reordered at least once each year. If you do not order for a year your listings will be dropped.
2. If you have a web site, Dryad Design, Ltd. products are up and available for sale through your site.
3. Artwork specifications: all logos and banners must be jpeg or gif formats. File size should be no more than 25K for a banner, 15K for a logo or picture. Logos and pictures should be no larger than 100 x 100 pixels.
